We’re looking for a motivated and diligent Technical Customer Success Manager to join our Product Team as the key point of contact for our customers on an ongoing basis. In this role you will:

  • Own day-to-day communication and build value-add partnerships with a portfolio of highly technical customers around the world
  • Deeply understand the customers’ working processes, business goals and key performance indicators, and help them embed the Datagen platform into their R&D routine
  • Perform 1st level support and triage of client technical issues and create detailed tickets outlining reported problems
  • Lead quarterly executive business reviews with strategic customers
  • Be a champion for client needs internally - communicate and help prioritize client needs to Product Manager and UX Lead
  • Run and analyze customers’ usage patterns, uncover insights and create strategies for client improvement and communicate lessons learned

For this role, you must have

  • 3+ years experience providing client support/ managing relationships with technical customers (integrations, escalations, front-line support) for a technical SAAS product
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who operates well with ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree, or the equivalent.
