Demand Generation Lead

About The Position

Datagen is looking for a Demand Gen Lead to lead, operate, and execute its growing demand generation programs and operations activities.

As the Demand Gen Lead, you’ll partner with the Sales, Business Development, and Product teams to generate new leads and drive efficiency and scale. You’ll work on initiatives around target accounts, pipeline development, sales engagement, and analytics. 

You’ll be a key part of our marketing team, which constantly seeks to improve the buying experience for our customers and to create meaningful connections with new prospects to accelerate the company's growth. 

  • In this role, you will:
  • Own the end-to-end process of customer acquisition, nurturing, and automation through conversion to a happy customer.
  • Live our database: create reports and insights for executives and sales teams to track performance and forecast results.
  • Work closely with SDRs to improve materials and data that help them work more effectively.
  • Marketing Analytics: Define KPIs and create full-funnel dashboards to help us measure, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts. Report on performance to the executive team.
  • ABM: create campaigns to reach our audiences
  • Website: Set up proper tracking, optimize landing pages, SEO best practices, and run a/b tests to improve our website’s conversion rate.
  • Paid: Build out our paid strategy and work with agencies to help execute SEM and social ads.

For this role, you must have

  • 5-8 years of work experience in a relevant quantitative, operations, or analytical marketing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical content 
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with Sales Engagement and Marketing Automation
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or operations field (e.g. Business, Sales, or Marketing Operations) is preferred
