About The Position

At Datagen, we’re simulating the world for producing high-performance synthetic data to develop the next generation of computer vision AI applications. We work with some of the most innovative companies in the world in domains like automotive, AR/VR, home security, robotics, retail, and more. 

We’re looking for an Account Executive with experience selling developer-centric B2B technology to join our growing New York team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a rocket ship, backed by top tier VCs, and developing cutting-edge AI and Computer Vision technology.

In this role, you will

  • Own the full sales cycle, from qualification through business evaluation, negotiation, relationship management, deal execution, and upsells/cross-sells.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of our customer’s business, what problems they face and the solutions they’re looking for.
  • Help information Datagen’s product roadmap by providing aggregate insight into what you and your pod see in the field.
  • Collaborate with your pod to create a strategic plan on how to optimize the acquisition of new customers as well as the expansion of existing ones.
  • Work with Datagen’s SDR team to develop a consistent stream of high quality pipeline.

For this role, you must have

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying role at an enterprise sales organization.
  • Demonstrated success at achieving targets throughout sales cycles, selling complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort with deep technical concepts and strong ability to communicate technical content in an easily digestible and consultative manner.
  • The maturity and accountability to develop customer relationships with end users, all the way through C-level.
  • Extraordinary time management and organization skills to ensure an opportunity moves through the pipeline as quickly as possible.
  • A persistent, positive, and results-focused attitude.
  • A coachable and flexible mindset, open to feedback, and striving to improve.

Even better if you have

  • Experience in the data as a service, computer vision, machine learning, API software, or synthetic data space.


Exact compensation within this range will be based on skills, experience, seniority, and other factors. This role includes a commission-based compensation component, which is in addition to the stated range.

Base salary range - $110,000/y- $150,000/y
